| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare or lightly draped male head facing left, rendered in a stylized Celtic adaptation of Hellenistic portraiture, with carefully delineated wavy hair swept back and decorated with a prominent leaf or floral ornament above the brow. The facial features are schematically modeled, with a pronounced chin and simplified eye. The legend NINNO appears in the left field, running downward alongside the portrait. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hammered Gaulish silver coinage of the late La Tène period. |

The design is characteristic of the Rauraci coinage tradition, derived from the quinarius type with its standard reverse bird motif, executed with the vigorous schematism typical of late Gaulish hammered silver. |
