The facial features are schematically modeled, with a pronounced chin and simplified eye. The legend NINNO appears in the left field, running downward alongside the portrait. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hammered Gaulish silver coinage of the late La Tène period. |

A small globule or pellet is visible above the central figure, and a small symbol, possibly a carnyx or weapon, appears in the lower field. The design is characteristic of the Rauraci coinage tradition, derived from the quinarius type with its standard reverse bird motif, executed with the vigorous schematism typical of late Gaulish hammered silver. |
