| Obverse description | Paleo-Hebrew inscription in crude, hastily engraved script occupying the central field, enclosed within a roughly executed wreath of olive or laurel branches. The lettering, though crudely rendered, reads 'Chever HaYehudim' (Council of the Jews) in archaic script. The overall execution reflects the utilitarian nature of small bronze prutah coinage issued under Hasmonean regency. The flan is irregular in shape with uneven edges typical of hand-struck ancient Judaean coinage. |

| Obverse lettering | חבר יהדם (Translation: Council of the Jews) |
| Reverse description | Double cornucopia (cornucopiae) depicted facing outward in mirror symmetry, their curved horns adorned with ribbon ties. A pomegranate, symbol of fertility and abundance in Judaean iconography, is shown between the two horn openings at the top. The design is rendered in low relief on a heavily worn and irregularly shaped flan, consistent with the crude workmanship characteristic of late Hasmonean bronze prutot. The field surrounding the type is plain. |
