| Beschrijving voorzijde | Diademed head of Demetrios I facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic portrait tradition with the royal diadem visible across the brow. The effigy is depicted in moderate relief against an unadorned field. Due to the heavily corroded and worn state of the flan, finer details of the facial features and neck truncation are largely obscured. No legible legend appears on the obverse. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A tall, slender date palm tree dominates the center of the field, its fronds spreading symmetrically to either side in a stylized Hellenistic rendering characteristic of coins struck at Tyre. Control marks appear to the left and right of the palm trunk in the lower field, varying by subtype as catalogued under SC2 1676.1–1676.5. The Greek royal legend BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔHMHTPIOY surrounds the design, though it is largely worn and partially legible on this example. |
