Reverse description The reverse presents a railed tree, depicted as a stylized arboreal form with spreading branches set within or above a railing or fence enclosure, a motif strongly associated with Buddhist sacred iconography of the period. The tree rises from a central trunk with multiple branching limbs rendered in low relief, consistent with representations of the Bodhi tree or a sacred pipal tree common on Indo-Scythian and early Satrap coinage. The flan is irregular and the relief somewhat worn, as is typical for potin cast or hammered issues of this series. No legible legend or script is present on the reverse.
