Reverse description The reverse features a large royal crown occupying the central field, depicted frontally in the Gothic style with three fleurs-de-lis finials and trefoil ornaments adorning the base band, characteristic of Jagiellonian półgrosze from the Kraków mint. Small decorative rosettes or pellets are visible in the field flanking the crown. The surrounding circular legend in Gothic uncial script reads REGIS + * POLONIE, proclaiming the coin of the King of Poland. The flan is irregular in outline, consistent with hand-struck medieval coinage, and the die is well-centered relative to the flan.
