| Obverse description | A leopard-lion passant to the right occupies the central field, rendered in a stylized Romanesque manner. A rosette is positioned above the figure and a second rosette appears before its chest. The design is enclosed by a ring of rosettes arranged between an inner line circle and an outer beaded circle, forming a decorative border typical of Friesach-type pfennige. |
