背面描述	Incuse mirror impression of the obverse type, as is characteristic of bracteate coinage produced from a single die struck on a thin flan. The crowned facing bust, collar ornament, and flanking initials Z and O are all visible in intaglio, reproducing the obverse design in reverse relief across the entire surface of the coin.

附加信息	Zofingen held the unusual right to strike small pfennig coinage as a municipal authority — a privilege increasingly anomalous by the nineteenth century, when Swiss cantonal and later federal monetary consolidation was steadily erasing such local prerogatives. These gold restrikes were produced for collectors rather than commerce, almost certainly after the 1850 establishment of the Swiss federal franc rendered the original copper issues obsolete as currency.
