| Beschrijving keerzijde | Frontal standing or enthroned episcopal figure in high relief, flanked by smaller figures or architectural elements, with a prominent cross displayed at center. A crown or mitre surmounts the head of the central figure, consistent with archiepiscopal iconography of the Salzburg region. The reverse design is rendered in the crude, flat relief typical of hammered bracteate-style pfennigs of the early 13th century. The irregular flan edges and variable strike result in portions of the design being weakly impressed or missing. The partial legend around the periphery is fragmentary and largely illegible. |
