Beschrijving voorzijde Frontal enthroned figure of the patriarch in full ecclesiastical vestments, holding a crozier or staff in the right hand and an additional attribute in the left, depicted in a hieratic, Romanesque style. The figure is presented within a beaded or corded inner border, with a partial Latin legend distributed around the periphery of the field. The rendering is characteristic of early 13th-century episcopal coinage of the Friulian region, with flat relief and stylized drapery folds typical of hammered bracteate-influenced pfennig production.

Beschrijving keerzijde Two figures flanking a central architectural or cross element, likely representing a religious or heraldic composition associated with the mint of Gutenwerth. The figures appear in profile or three-quarter view, dressed in robes, with the central motif serving as an axis of symmetry. Below the main device, a row of pellets or a horizontal bar separates the figures from the lower field. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with the artistic conventions of Aquileian pfennig coinage of the early 13th century. The reverse is struck in low relief with slightly uneven flan edges typical of hammered silver coinage of the period.
