Beschrijving voorzijde	Laureate bust of Apollo facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair bound by a laurel wreath; the drapery is visible at the truncation of the neck. The Greek letter Π (pi), serving as the mark of value denoting five onkiai, appears in the left field behind the bust. The portrait is executed in the Hellenistic style characteristic of Sicilian civic bronze coinage of the second century BC.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Asklepios, the god of medicine, depicted standing in three-quarter view facing left, clad in a himation draped over the lower body and left shoulder. He holds a phiale in his outstretched right hand and rests his left arm upon his attribute, the kerykeion-like staff entwined by a serpent. The composition reflects the dignified, classical rendering of the deity typical of Sicilian Hellenistic civic bronzes, with the ethnic legend of Menainon distributed in the field.
