Beschrijving voorzijde Central cross pattée set within a plain inner circle, surrounded by an outer beaded border. The royal legend, reading the king's name and title, is distributed around the field between the two concentric borders in Latin script. The design is characteristic of the Two Line type coinage struck during the reign of King Eadwig, exhibiting the restrained geometric style typical of mid-tenth-century Anglo-Saxon hammered silver pennies.
Schrift voorzijde Latin

Beschrijving keerzijde The moneyer's name is presented in two horizontal lines across the field, divided and flanked by three crosses pattée arranged vertically between the lines. Trefoil ornaments appear above and below the lettering, filling the remaining field. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with the Two Line type convention employed under Eadwig and continuing the Anglo-Saxon tradition of identifying the responsible moneyer on the reverse.
