| 裏面の説明 | The reverse presents a two-line Arabic inscription occupying the central field, recording the mint and regnal year in the formula standard for Ottoman provincial coinage of this era. The legend reads 'Struck in Egypt, year 1058' (AH), corresponding to 1648 CE, identifying the Misr (Cairo) mint. The text is disposed horizontally in two registers across the flan, with the characteristic irregular planchet edge and hammer-strike texture visible throughout. A post-mint piercing is present at the right side of the flan. No border or decorative devices are present, consistent with the utilitarian hammered style of Ottoman para coinage. |
