The inscription ΦΑΡΚΑΔΟΝΙΟΝ is distributed around the figure in the field, reading in segments to the left and right of the deity. The rendering is archaic in style, with the goddess depicted frontally in a stiff, hieratic pose characteristic of fifth-century Thessalian coinage.
