| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing bust of Constantius II rendered in late Roman imperial style, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed. The emperor's effigy displays finely engraved paludamentum folds over the cuirass, with the diadem of pearls clearly visible across the brow. The portrait is rendered with characteristic late Constantinian stylization, showing a youthful idealized face with large eyes. The encircling Latin legend runs from lower left to lower right, divided by the bust. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A helmeted Roman soldier advances to the left, bearing a shield on his left arm and thrusting a spear downward into a falling horseman. The horseman, bareheaded, tumbles from his mount and turns his head back toward the soldier while extending his left arm in a gesture of supplication. A second shield lies on the ground to the right of the composition. A letter appears in the left field as a control mark, while the officina letter and mintmark SIRM are inscribed in the exergue, identifying the Sirmium mint. The legend is divided across the field in two parts. |
