In the lower central exergual area the mint mark HΓ (or similar officina letter) is visible, indicating production at the Heraclea mint. The encircling Latin legend CONCORDIA MIL-ITVM, split by the central group, proclaims the harmony of the soldiers as a programmatic Tetrarchic slogan. The dotted border frames the composition around the full circumference of the coin. |
