| Beschrijving voorzijde | Radiate laureate bust of Constantine I, draped and cuirassed, facing right and viewed from behind, rendered in the confident imperial style of the Constantinian period. The effigy displays a laurel wreath atop the emperor's head, with the paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder over the cuirass. The encircling obverse legend reads IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG, identifying the emperor with his titles. The portraiture reflects the mature official image of Constantine as sole Augustus of the West, combining military and civil dignity. |
