| Obverse description | Central field features a lion passant facing left or right in high relief, set within a knotted or interlaced square border. A radiate sun rises behind the lion's back, rendered with pronounced sunbeams. Arabic inscriptions appear in the fields surrounding the central square, filling the marginal space. The design reflects the iconic Lion-and-Sun motif widely employed on Golden Horde copper coinage of the mid-14th century.
