正面描述 Draped and cuirassed bust of Justinian I facing right, wearing a diademed helmet with crest, the diadem adorned with pendilia. The emperor's effigy is rendered in the late Roman imperial tradition, with paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder visible beneath the cuirass. The encircling Latin legend reads D N IVSTINIANVS P P AVG, distributed around the bust in the field. The coin exhibits the characteristic irregular flan and shallow strike typical of hammered Byzantine silver coinage of the sixth century.

正面铭文 D N IVSTINIANVS P P AVG
(Translation: D(-ominus) N(-oster) IVSTINIANVS P(-er-)P(-etuus) AVG(-ustus) `Our Lord Justinian, Perpetual Emperor`)
背面描述 The emperor Justinian I depicted nimbate, standing facing with head turned to the right, attired in full imperial regalia. He holds a long spear in his right hand and a globus cruciger in his left, symbols of universal Christian sovereignty. A star appears in the right field. The legend GLORIA ROMANORVM encircles the figure, with the mint mark COB inscribed in the exergue, indicating the Constantinople mint. The composition follows the established iconographic formula of the triumphant Christian emperor as intercessor between heaven and earth.
