| Obverse description | A classically draped allegorical female figure, crowned, seated to the left, extends both arms to offer two laurel wreaths to two standing putti; the left putto presents an open casket containing a medallion or watch, symbolising industry, while the right putto holds a book and drawing instruments, symbolising the fine arts, with architectural elements and tools in the lower right field.
