| Obverse description | Central field bears an ornate floral or rosette motif rendered in low relief, characteristic of Ottoman hammered copper coinage, surrounded by a circular border. The design features interlocking foliate elements arranged symmetrically around a central pellet, typical of the decorative vocabulary employed on mid-sixteenth-century Ottoman mangir issues. The flan is irregular and slightly off-round, consistent with hand-hammered production. The surface displays an even dark-green patina with areas of earthen encrustation. Legend or mint information, if present, is largely obscured by the coin's worn and encrusted condition. |

| Reverse description | The reverse field displays an Arabic inscription in thuluth or naskh script, partially legible due to considerable wear and surface corrosion. The legend, typical of Ottoman mangir coinage of Süleyman I, would conventionally bear the sultan's name and title, and possibly the mint name and regnal year. The flan is irregular with a flat, somewhat concave surface. The green-black patina and earthen deposits partially obscure the lettering, though the Arabic script characters remain distinguishable in areas of higher relief. |
