| Obverse description | Central circular depression containing a stylized equestrian or animal figure in low relief, surrounded by a raised border ring. The field outside the inner circle bears fragmentary Arabic or pseudo-Arabic legend arranged around the periphery. The strike is characteristic of hammered billon coinage of the Chagatai period, with irregular flan edges and uneven surface relief. |
