正面描述	The youthful hero Thessalos is depicted nude save for a chlamys draped over his shoulders and a petasos suspended behind his head. He is shown striding right, grasping a fillet or band with both hands beneath the horns of the forepart of a bull leaping to the right. The composition reflects the vigorous, narrative style characteristic of Thessalian coinage of the fifth century BC. The design is enclosed by a border of dots.

背面描述	The forepart of a bridled horse is depicted prancing to the right, rendered in confident archaic style with attention to musculature and bridle detail. The design is set within a recessed incuse square with rounded edges and corners, a hallmark of early Greek coinage technique.
