| Obverse description | Bare head of a youthful male figure, identified tentatively as Peloros, facing right, rendered in fine Thessalian style with richly detailed curling locks arranged in layered waves across the crown and temples. The physiognomy is idealized and youthful, with a smooth neck truncation below. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, with no legend in the field, the entire design area devoted to the portrait. |
