| Beschrijving voorzijde | A bull standing to the left with head turned back to the right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed musculature. Beneath the bull, a small rose occupies the lower field, serving as a civic badge of the city of Parion. The city ethnic ΠΑ ΡΙ is inscribed in the field, divided to either side of the bull's body. The composition is bold and naturalistic, characteristic of late Classical Mysian coinage. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large facing gorgoneion fills the entire reverse field, depicted with wide staring eyes, a broad flat nose, and an open mouth with protruding tongue and vestigial tusks. Serpents are entwined in the hair above the forehead, their tails curling outward at the temples. The face is rendered in high relief with expressive, apotropaic features typical of the archaic and classical gorgon type as employed on Parian civic coinage. No legend or inscription is present. |
