The divine effigy displays a prominent brow and strong facial features typical of Ptolemaic die-cutting tradition. The olive-leaf laurel wreath crowning the head is rendered in high relief, with individual leaves discernible on well-preserved specimens. The entire design is contained within a dotted border encircling the coin field. |

| 背面描述 | An eagle with closed wings stands in profile to the left, perched upon a thunderbolt depicted horizontally across the lower field — the emblematic reverse type of the Ptolemaic bronze coinage. Two cornucopias rise prominently above the eagle's shoulder, their abundant fruiting ends curving outward, with a royal diadem occasionally looped around one of the cornucopias on certain die varieties. The legend ΠTOΛEMAIOΥ BAΣIΛEΩΣ, reading 'of King Ptolemy,' is disposed in the field, and the entire design is enclosed within a dotted border. |
