| Opis rewersu | A quadripartite incuse square dominating the reverse field, divided into four recessed rectangular compartments of roughly equal size by two perpendicular raised ridges meeting at the centre. The incuse is deeply impressed and asymmetric, with two diagonally opposite compartments more deeply recessed than the others, creating a windmill or mill-sail pattern typical of early archaic Greek coinage technique. The surface within each compartment shows irregular granular texture from the punch strike. No legend or inscription is present. |
