正面描述 Armored bust of Augustus II (the Strong) facing right, wearing a laurel wreath and elaborate plate armor decorated with studs, with long flowing curled hair. The portrait is rendered in high relief in the Baroque style typical of early 18th-century Saxon coinage. The circular Latin legend reads AUGUST9 D G REX ET ELECTOR, identifying him as King by the Grace of God and Elector. The field is smooth and the legend is separated from the toothed border by a fine inner rim.

正面铭文 AUGUST9 D G REX – ET ELECTOR
背面描述 Central field displays the large royal AR cipher of Augustus Rex, formed by an interlaced A and R monogram, surmounted by an open electoral crown. The date is divided to either side of the monogram, with 17 to the left and 09 (or relevant year) to the right. Below the monogram, within a cartouche, appears the denomination 2/3, flanked by the mintmaster's initials EP and H. The mintmark S (for Leipzig) appears at the bottom of the field. The circular legend MONETA SAXONICA runs around the periphery, separated by small floral stops, within a toothed border.
