Reverse description A Nativity scene dominates the central field, depicting the Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph standing at the right side of the composition, both facing left toward the infant Christ lying on the ground before them. Behind the figures, an ox and a donkey are visible within a stable setting, rendered in the schematic pictorial style characteristic of early sixteenth-century Italian hammered coinage. The devotional scene is framed by a circular Latin legend along the coin's periphery, referencing Pesaro and invoking divine intercession.
