| 表面の説明 | A lion passant to the left occupies the central field, bearing on its breast the heraldic shield of Ligny — depicting a crowned lion beneath a three-point label of difference. The beast is rendered in the stylised Gothic manner typical of Low Countries billon coinage of the early fifteenth century. A beaded inner circle frames the device, while the surrounding legend is separated from the field by a cable or beaded border. The inscription names John of Luxembourg in his capacity as Count of Ligny. |
