| Obverse description | Elaborate abstract design composed of two crossed wreaths, one of which exhibits a curved profile, with back-to-back crescents at the centre. Four hidden faces are concealed within the angles of the composition, a characteristic feature of Late Iron Age Celtic artistry. Pellet-in-ring motifs are positioned near the curves of the wreaths, while outline crescents ornament the periphery of the flan. The design is executed in the fluid curvilinear style typical of Catuvellaunian gold coinage. |

| Reverse description | A stylised horse prances to the right, rendered in the schematic manner characteristic of Late Iron Age British staters. Above the horse appears a floral motif identified as an anemone, accompanied by the retrograde or abbreviated tribal inscription. Below the horse is a monogram associated with the mint signature CAMVL, flanked by a pellet-in-ring ornament. The overall composition reflects the Gallo-Belgic artistic tradition as adapted by Catuvellaunian die-cutters under the authority of Tasciovanos. |
