Beschrijving voorzijde Stylised head of Apollo facing right in a highly abstracted Celtic interpretation, composed of a wreath in which the inner leaf ends point downward above the hairbar and upward below it. The hairbar, rendered as a horizontal spike traversing the wreath, terminates in either two downturned hooked arcs surmounted by a ringed pellet, or alternatively a single upturned arc without a ringed pellet. Two linear crescents occupy the field to the front of the head, while curling hair strands are depicted to the rear. A schematic cloak is indicated below the bust.

Beschrijving keerzijde A stylised horse prancing to the right with a segmented, geometric body rendered in characteristic Late Iron Age Celtic style. The mane is depicted as a row of beaded pellets or curled pellets, and a ring-and-pole motif (ringpole) is positioned at the breast of the horse. The tail is triple-stranded, each strand terminating in a pellet. A floral sunburst rosette occupies the field above the horse, occasionally rendered irregularly, while a second sunburst rosette appears below, sometimes accompanied by a pellet between the rosette and the underside of the horse.
