| 表面の説明 | A large, stylised fern-like or palm-leaf wreath rendered in schematic relief, its central midrib running diagonally across the flan and flanked symmetrically by radiating lateral ribs imitating fronds or foliage. The design fills virtually the entire flan in the characteristic Celtic abstract tradition derived from earlier Macedonian gold stater prototypes. No legend or inscription is present, the field being entirely occupied by the decorative vegetal motif. The die work is bold and confident, with each rib rendered as a raised ridge against a flat background. |
