| Beschrijving voorzijde | Facing bust of the ruler rendered in a schematic, Byzantine-influenced style, occupying the central field of the flan. The effigy displays a rounded head with rudimentary facial features and what appears to be a diademed or helmeted crown, with the shoulders indicated by striated drapery below.
