Obverse description Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Honorius facing right, wearing a pearl diadem and paludamentum. The effigy displays the characteristic late Roman imperial portrait style with a beaded diadem visible above the forehead. The surrounding Latin legend DN HONORIVS PF AVG runs clockwise along the coin's circumference. The flan is irregular in shape, typical of the small bronze coinage of this period. The coin exhibits a dark patina consistent with its age and bronze composition.
