The reverse legend PAX PVBLICA is disposed around the periphery, proclaiming the peace of the State. The mint mark TRP appears in the exergue, denoting the first officina of the Treveri mint. The field and devices are heavily worn, with the flan displaying characteristic irregular edges and green patination consistent with prolonged burial. |
