Not a coin. This is a privately produced fantasy piece with no governmental authorization, no monetary status, and no connection to any Indonesian issuing authority. Adonara is a real island in East Nusa Tenggara province, but Indonesia has never issued a "7 dollar" denomination in any form — the rupiah system has no dollar unit. Catalog as a novelty item only.
