| Obverse description | Central field features a heraldic shield bearing a rampant prehistoric reptilian creature, flanked by laurel branches and surmounted by a crown, all rendered in low relief on a brass-toned surface. Five five-pointed stars are positioned around the upper and lateral periphery of the shield, lending a decorative heraldic framing. The numeral '7' appears prominently at the base of the shield.
