The "Fantasy" designation here is the operative word: this is a privately produced piece, not a product of the Utrecht mint, likely capitalizing on the April 1980 abdication of Juliana and the accession of Beatrix to produce a souvenir item with no official standing whatsoever. Such pieces circulated freely at tourist markets in the early 1980s.
