Reverse description A central raised circle with a dotted inner border frames the large denomination numeral '5' accompanied by the abbreviation 'c' in the field. The legend KONINGRIJK DER arcs along the upper portion of the border, surmounted by a detailed royal crown at the top corner of the square flan. The inscription NEDERLANDEN curves along the lower border, with decorative rosette or wheel ornaments occupying the left and right corners. The split date '19' and '80' appears within the lateral ornamental devices.

No Dutch 5-cent piece was struck in copper-nickel in 1980 — the genuine stuiver of that period was bronze. The "Fantasy" designation here is the operative word: this is a privately produced piece, not a product of the Utrecht mint, likely capitalizing on the April 1980 abdication of Juliana and the accession of Beatrix to produce a souvenir item with no official standing whatsoever. Such pieces circulated freely at tourist markets in the early 1980s.
