| 表面の説明 | Crude Arabic legends fill the entire field of this hammered copper falus, with inscriptions arranged in multiple lines across the flan. The script is roughly struck and shows the characteristic irregularity of Moroccan hammered coinage of the late 17th century. The legends identify the sultan and the mint of Rabat al-Fath. The flan edges are irregular and the strike uneven, typical of the artisanal production methods employed at this period. Surface patination is a deep olive-brown with areas of green cuprite. |

| 裏面の説明 | The reverse displays a bold central cartouche containing a stylised grid or lattice motif, a characteristic decorative device used on Moroccan fulus of the Alaouite dynasty under Sultan Isma'il. To the right of the cartouche, a circular pellet or annulet is visible, and flanking Arabic letters appear on either side of the central device. The hammered strike has produced a slightly off-centre impression on the irregular, roughly circular flan. The overall design is executed in a primitive but distinctive style consistent with the Rabat al-Fath mint type 1 attribution. |
