| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field features a stylized bird motif rendered in a bold, somewhat abstract manner characteristic of provincial Afghan copper coinage. The bird is depicted in profile, surrounded by interlacing foliate or arabesque scrollwork that fills the field to the periphery. The design is executed in low relief typical of hammered copper falus coinage, with the irregular flan edge showing characteristic clipping. Arabic legends or decorative elements appear within the surrounding foliate border, worn and partially legible. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field displays a boldly struck Arabic legend or tughra-style inscription occupying the majority of the flan, surrounded by an elaborate border of intertwined foliate arabesque scrollwork. The inscription, characteristic of undated provincial Afghan copper falus issues, is rendered in a stylized calligraphic hand. The peripheral border consists of looping vegetal ornament extending to the irregular hammered edge. Overall execution is consistent with the crude but distinctive style of Herat mint copper coinage produced across the broad period of issue. |
