背面描述	The crowned arms of Gelderland — a rampant lion on a quartered shield — are displayed centrally within a multilobed (polylobe) inner frame, itself enclosed by a beaded circle. The circumferential legend runs around the outer field, separated by a cross pattée at the beginning. The heraldic shield is surmounted by a crown, and the overall composition is typical of the provincial duit type struck for the Duchy of Gelderland during the Dutch Republic period.
