背面描述	The reverse bears a four-line Latin inscription in elaborate baroque lettering arranged within an ornamental cartouche of scrolling foliage and flourishes. At the top of the cartouche, a small decorative motif — possibly a bird or mask — surmounts the text panel. The legend reads DUCATUS / REIPUBLICÆ / SUITENSIS / 1781, identifying this as a ducat of the Republic of Schwyz and providing the date in the lowest line. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed or milled border consistent with the obverse, and the field surrounding the cartouche is plain.

附加信息	Schwyz was among the smallest of the Swiss cantons to issue gold coinage under its own authority, and the ducatus series of 1779–81 reflects a moment when individual cantons still exercised meaningful monetary independence before Helvetic consolidation extinguished most of it. The HMZ reference places this firmly within a documented but sparsely populated type — few cantons of comparable size struck gold at this standard.
