Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse bears a five-line Latin inscription contained within a plain square tablet, following the standard Dutch provincial ducat type mandated by imperial law. A small shield enclosing a rosette or floral ornament appears below the tablet as a decorative device. The inscription identifies the coin as gold coinage of the confederated Belgian provinces struck in conformity with imperial statute, referencing the monetary legislation of the Holy Roman Empire. The austere, text-dominated design is characteristic of the Dutch provincial ducat series issued throughout the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
