| Descrizione del rovescio | A fire altar on a stepped base occupies the centre of the field, flanked by two standing attendants facing inward; the attendant to the left wears a winged crown with korymbos, identifying him as the king or a royal figure, while the attendant to the right wears a mural crown. Identical symbols or Pahlavi characters appear on the altar shaft and to the right of the flames atop the altar, likely denoting mint or regnal identifiers. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border with a Pahlavi legend in the surrounding field, following standard Sasanian iconographic convention for the fire altar type. |
