| Descrizione del dritto | Radiate head of Helios facing three-quarters right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with flowing locks of hair swept behind the prominent solar rays emanating from the crown of the head. The facial features are finely modelled, with a sharp profile displaying a well-defined brow, almond-shaped eye, and slightly parted lips. The hair falls in curling locks to the neck, characteristic of the plintophoric series of Rhodian coinage. No legend or inscription appears in the field. |

To the lower left, a star surmounts a pileus (conical cap), serving as a secondary control symbol. The magistrate's name ΚΑΛΛΙΞΕΙ[ΝΟΣ] appears above the rose, with the ethnic abbreviation P O (for ΡΟΔΙΩΝ, Rhodes) flanking the rose stem in the lower field, all contained within the characteristic incuse square of the plintophoric drachm type. |
