| Obverse description | Youthful, beardless head of Herakles facing right, clad in the Nemean lion skin headdress with the scalp drawn over the crown; the paws are knotted beneath the chin. The portrait is rendered in the fine Lysippan style characteristic of Alexandrine coinage, with strong facial modeling. A beaded border encircles the design. |

| Reverse description | Zeus Aetophoros enthroned to the left on a backless throne, his lower body draped, torso naked to the waist; his legs are crossed at the ankle. In his extended right hand he holds an eagle, while his left hand grasps a tall scepter adorned with pellets along its shaft. The legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field. In the left field appear a monogram and the letter Π, serving as mint control marks identifying the Teos issue. |
