正面描述	Facing head of Hermes, turned very slightly to the right, rendered with fine archaic-transitional style engraving. The god wears a broad-brimmed petasus, its rim framing the youthful visage with flowing locks of hair descending along the cheeks. The facial features are modeled with considerable detail, displaying large almond-shaped eyes, a straight nose, and parted lips characteristic of the skilled Ainetan die-cutters of the mid-fourth century BC.

背面描述	Enthroned cult statue of Hermes Perpheraios, the archaic xoanon depicted in rigid frontal pose facing left, seated upon a throne. In the left field, a Phrygian cap (pilos) is shown as an attribute of the deity. The ethnic legend ΑΙΝΙΟΝ appears in the field, identifying the issuing city of Ainos. The static, hieratic rendering of the cult image contrasts deliberately with the more naturalistic obverse portrait, reflecting the venerable religious significance of this local Thracian deity.
