Obverse description Irregular hammered silver flan bearing a multi-line Arabic legend in the field, reading 'Sultan Muhammad Khan the Highest.' The inscription is arranged in horizontal lines across the central field, with decorative dot embellishments scattered between the lines. The script is characteristic of late Golden Horde calligraphic style, rendered in relief against a flat, unbordered field. The coin's irregular fabric and weak strike in places are typical of provincial Jochid minting practice.
